Can I customise my gift basket?
Yes. Simply choose what you would like from our menus or tell us what you have in mind and let us work it out for you.
Can you help me customise a gift basket within my budget?
That’s exactly what our gift consultants are here to help you do. Simply let our consultant know your budget, and we will help put together an attractive gift set within your budget.
Do you deliver gift baskets?
For orders above RM300, delivery is free. For orders below RM300, a delivery charge of RM50 will apply, or you can self pick-up your gift basket from any of our outlets. Do inform us in advance which outlet you would like to pick-up from so we can have it prepared for you.
Can I customise the wrapping of my gift basket?
Of course. We offer a wide range of wrapper and ribbon colours to choose from. Simply let our consultant know the colour themes you’d like to have.
How many days in advance do I need to order my gift basket?
At least 2 days in advance.
What are your payment terms?
We accept cash upon delivery or you can deposit the payment in to our account and fax to us the transaction copy. Please deposit the payment in to:
